Awkward moment Prime Video NFL broadcast identifies wrong player as 49ers star Trent Williams
There was an embarrassing gaffe during Amazon Prime Video's Thursday Night Football coverage of the Rams-49ers game as a San Francisco star was misidentified. Offensive tackle Trent Williams, who hasn't played since November 17, was inactive for his team's eventual loss with an ankle injury. And Amazon's production crew believed they had spotted the 11-time Pro Bowler on the sideline as they mistakenly panned to a different player altogether.
