The 34-year-old singer took her final Eras Tour bow on Sunday, December 8, but not before singing a The Tortured Poets Department song with very special meaning. While performing her last concert in Vancouver on Sunday, Swift sat at her piano for a mashup of Long Live/New Year's Day/The Manuscript. Swifties have speculated the significance of these three songs.
