Former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky offered an update on her husband Kevin Manno's thyroid cancer battle. The surgery went great and they only had to take half out! We went in, not knowing if they'd have to take the whole thing or half, Fedotowsky, 40, wrote via Instagram on Friday, February 28. Thankfully, it did not metastasize through his lymph nodes, and it really was the best possible scenario. Fedotowsky and Manno, 41, revealed in January that the radio DJ had been diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer that required surgery.
