New couple Billy Ray Cyrus and Elizabeth Hurley have officially made their red carpet debut-and they weren't alone. The country singer, 63, and actress, 59, walked their first red carpet as a couple while attending the Orizzonti | Rosso Exhibition Opening Dinner at the Palazzo Barberini in Rome, Italy, on Saturday, May 24. Cyrus wore his now-signature locks down and underneath a black hat, along with a matching black shirt, jacket and pants.
