
Charley Scalies, Star of 'The Wire' and 'The Sopranos', Dies Aged 84

The actor passed away at a nursing facility in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania on Thursday, May 1. Scalies was best-known for his role of dockworker and union member Thomas Horseface Pakusa on The Wire, appearing in every episode of the critically-acclaimed show's second season, released in 2003.
