New York Knicks fan spotted dressed as Pope Leo for MSG playoff game... after shock connection was revealed
One New York Knicks fan was spotted dressed as Pope Leo outside of Madison Square Garden in a Jalen Brunson jersey, with the shock connection being the two well-known men being affiliated with Villanova. The newly installed Pope Leo graduated from the Philadelphia-area university with a degree in mathematics in 1977. Brunson, now the leader of the Knicks, was a basketball star at the Big East school from 2015 through 2018, winning two national championships with the Wildcats.
