Tony Auden is opening up about his mental health after experiencing a terrifying panic attack last year while presenting a news bulletin. The Channel Seven Queensland meteorologist told Q Weekend on Friday that the episode came out of nowhere during a 6pm program in October 2024. Dubbing the moment an 'out-of-body experience', Tony told the Courier Mail magazine that he was internally freaking out while on-air, a feeling that filled him with fear and nausea.
