The 38-year-old model and television presenter uploaded a wholesome photo of a family dinner, but that was not all. Rather than sharing the original image, she appeared to upload a screenshot taken from her phone's camera roll. As a result, the screenshot also included 15 tiny previews of other images. Six of those images were topless photos.
