A senior member of the Hibernian management has quit over allegations of 'inappropriate behaviour'. Director of Football Operations Derek White left the club last month. Previously Head of Football Operations at Easter Road, the former Livingston company secretary was only handed a change of job title in September. Mail Sport previously approached Hibernian seeking clarity on information alleging that White had left the club over a disciplinary issue. While the club said only that the 24-year-old had resigned from his post — which involved overseeing administrative and logistical functions — they have now confirmed that White resigned after allegations of inappropriate behaviour towards a young male player aged over 18 at the club came to light.
