The former Manchester United captain was involved in a heated pitch-side exchange with Ipswich supporters last weekend, with the broadcaster launching an investigation into what happened. Keane responded to relentless taunts from a section of fans at Portman Road, where he once managed, before offering to meet one supporter on the car park. Sky bosses subsequently spoke to Keane and others present, including presenter Kelly Cates, Jamie Redknapp and Izzy Christiansen, to ascertain what happened.
