Portnoy lost the $300,000 he bet on the Ravens to defeat the Chiefs, looking devastated in the final moments of the game. Baltimore seemingly tied the game on the final play of regulation, when Isaiah Likely caught a Lamar Jackson touchdown pass in the back of the end zone.
