The model girlfriend of Borussia Dortmund star Yan Couto was forced to swiftly delete her Instagram post after making an embarrassing error that was spotted by fans. Dortmund cruised to a 3-0 win against Club Brugge on Wednesday night as last year's finalists made the perfect start to their Champions League campaign. Couto, 22, came off the bench in the 87th minute, and his partner, Mariana David, wanted to show her support for him.
