LaLiga president Javier Tebas believes the majority of Premier League clubs are of the opinion that Manchester City should be punished over their 115 charges. The hearing into Manchester City's 115 alleged breaches of Premier League financial rules will begin on Monday. City have been accused of financial impropriety spanning nine years from 2009 and the sternest punishment if found guilty is relegation. Points deductions and fines are also potential penalties.
