Simone Biles continues to learn despite being the most decorated American Olympic gymnast. After bagging three gold medals and a silver at the Olympics in Paris this summer, the 27-year-old is gearing up to headline the Gold Over America Tour with fellow gymnastics stars this fall. While preparing for the nationwide tour, Biles showed off the latest addition to her arsenal on her Instagram story on Wednesday. In the clip, Biles positions herself upside-down on the balance beam, clamping the platform between her head and arms, her shoulders resting on top.
