Chelsea set to apply for agent's £3m High Court claim relating to Kurt Zouma's previous move to West Ham quashed over incorrect filing
Chelsea will apply to have agent Saif Rubie's £3million High Court claim thrown out. Rubie, the agent cleared of sending a threatening email to Marina Granovskaia earlier this year, is suing the Stamford Bridge club and their former director for commission linked to Kurt Zouma's move from Chelsea to West Ham in 2021. However, the west London club are moving to have the court proceedings quashed insisting the case has been filed incorrectly and should be dealt with by the Football Association through an arbitration.
